The Western Group business presently consists of four distinct operating segments:

1. The operation of freight services on the short lines owned and operated by the Western Group operating affiliates

__and under switching arrangements.

2. The operation of a passenger excursion train owned and operated by the Verde Canyon Railroad, LC located in

__Clarkdale, Arizona.

3. The operation of a railway construction and maintenance business, Western Railroad Builders, Inc.

4. The operation of two freight services leased from the Burlington Northern-Santa Fe Railroad.
