Al Spurlin began working in the railroad industry in New England in 1972. He was employed by the Union Pacific Railroad for 6 years as a section and switch foreman. He spent the next 10 years in the employ of other construction-related companies as a superintendent / supervisor. Al joined the Western Railroad Builders team in April, 1990, and was promoted to construction superintendent in February, 1991. Al is a multi-faceted superintendent, having a hand in bidding, mobilization, job completion and overall customer satisfaction. His 12 years of experience with Western Railroad Builders has been a continued asset in the development of a reliable and professional construction and maintenance division. Back |
